| There is a new feature. (: It's called "FRIENDS AND FOES". It's like a friends list for here on the forums (I believe Balto Source has this too ?). You can manage yours by going to PROFILE > FRIENDS AND FOES. From there you can add and delete them. To do this, simple enter the username into the text field, and hit "ADD".
